Booth #10
Discover COMET™ and RNAscope™ — spatial biology built for clinical hematopathology workflows
Meet the Bio-Techne Spatial team at the 23rd Meeting of the European Association for Haematopathology in Berlin and see how RNAscope™ and COMET™ bring fully-automated, same-section spatial multiomics into standard pathology workflows, using your own validated antibodies and without the need for antibody conjugation or barcoding.
Why stop by booth #10
EA4HP brings together the hematopathologists, molecular pathologists, and lymphoma diagnostics teams who are the core users of COMET™ and RNAscope™. If you stop by our booth, here’s what we’ll walk you through.
Bring your existing IHC/IF and ISH know-how straight on to COMET™. Use off-the-shelf, unconjugated primary antibodies without the need to barcode or validate upstream conjugations.
A fully automated run takes a slide from RNAscope™ and seqIF™ staining through image acquisition and pre-processing, with tissue morphology and epitope stability preserved for use in downstream applications.
Start your high-plex image analysis journey with HORIZON™ Image Analysis Software, built by Bio-Techne Spatial for COMET™-generated seqIF™ and RNAscope™ data. Do you prefer your own pipeline? COMET™ and RNAscope™ data are also proven compatible with HALO®, Oncotopix® Discovery, QuPath, and Nuclei.

Bio-Techne Spatial
I studied Neurosciences at Aix-Marseille University, France, and obtained my PhD in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, I conducted several projects in the field of Neurophysiology as a Research assistant at University of Lausanne, Switzerland, acquiring experience in Histology. I then joined Labcorp Drug Development, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), as a Scientist in the Histology department. This role allowed me to acquire a strong knowledge in clinical research. Since March 2024, I am Scientist at Lunaphore in the R&D team, where I am in charge of generating and disseminating data from COMETTM and HORIZONTM.
