Detection reagents

Choose from our portfolio of detection reagents. Our secondary antibodies have been extensively tested to detect unconjugated primary antibodies on our platforms to achieve strong and specific fluorescent signal. The secondary antibodies we offer have been conjugated to Alexa Fluor™ Plus dyes with proven performance, excellent brightness, and photostability. Our antibodies are pre-adsorbed, ensuring low species cross-reactivity resulting in higher specificity. They undergo a stringent quality control to ensure lot-to-lot consistency and have been tested in multiple tissue types and against various markers using our platforms.

DAPI (4′,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole) is a blue fluorescent probe used as counterstain to mark cell nuclei during immunofluorescent staining protocols. Lunaphore’s DAPI solution, in a convenient liquid format, is used for nuclear counterstaining in immunofluorescence (IF) assays on Lunaphore’s automated stainers.
