Disclaimer: Each download link contains two datasets: the 3xLPS-treated and the control mouse. Two file versions are available for download, one background subtracted version and the raw file (the autofluorescence background signal is NOT subtracted). Please refer to your lunaphore contact to obtain HORIZON™ Viewer and perform one-click background subtraction on the raw file.

*The files contains two autofluorescence images (one per channel) to perform background subtraction. ** The tissue autofluorescence background signal is already subtracted.
