Abstract
Recent technological advances allow for simultaneous profiling of a large number of markers spatially across a tissue region. Here I will describe efforts both in marker optimization and computational analysis techniques to extract biological insights from these complex spatial tissue profiles. We will focus on a couple key applications including characterizing changes to the tumor microenvironment and longitudinal profiling of grafted tissues in the transplant setting.
