Lunaphore appoints new VP HR

Today, Lunaphore is pleased to welcome Diane Castex de la Guéronnière as Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Diane will lead the Lunaphore HR team and elevate Lunaphore’s talent to fuel the company’s next phase of growth.

Diane has over 15 years of expertise leading and building HR teams and recruitment capabilities at technology-driven companies. Diane joined Lunaphore from Nexthink, where she was Director of International HR and created its HR department, supporting the company’s global expansion from 80 to over 650 employees in over 15 locations around the world.

Prior to joining Nexthink, Diane was Manager at Michael Page, where she successfully established Michael Page’s first Swiss office in Geneva. After serving as onsite recruiter for various international companies, Diane served as EMEA Recruitment Manager at Lifesize, a U.S.-based video conferencing company and a branch of Logitech Lifesize Communications.

“I’ve always been motivated by mission-driven companies, and Lunaphore is no exception. Lunaphore has massive business potential, being the gamechanger in what spatial biology looks like in today’s world, said Diane. “I know happy employees are key to a company’s success. Therefore, my mission is simply to create the best employee experience ever.”

Diane earned a Master in Sales Administration and completed the Leadership Development Journey at IMD Business School in Switzerland. She is also part of the Accredited Coaching Training Program from the International Coaching Certification (ICF).
